All in all good value, had a very good stay for 1 or 2 nights. Fairly clean hotel, loved to be near the downtown core, many attractions including the Jays, Leafs, Aquarium, CN Tower and train station and downtown thanks to perfect and exceptionally nice location. Deluxe king room with nice big beds, had basic facilities we needed.

SPECTACULAR LOCATION IS RIGHT IN THE CENTER. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. GOOD CLEANING OF THE ROOMS. VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS. VERY CLOSE TO THE TRAIN AND BUS STATION, BOTH HOTEL IS EASILY REACHABLE ON FOOT IN NO MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. NEARBY THERE ARE MANY PLACES WHERE YOU CAN LISTEN TO LIVE MUSIC AS WELL AS THERE ARE ALL KINDS OF RESTAURANTS. SAFE AREA IS ALSO AT NIGHT AS MUCH OF TORONTO. BEAUTIFUL OLD STRUCTURE SETS IN MODERN BUILDINGS.
BREAKFAST WASN'T INCLUDED, BUT I KNEW ABOUT IT BEFORE I LEFT. THERE WAS A RESTAURANT THAT ALSO SERVES BREAKFAST WHICH IS ACCESSED DIRECTLY FROM THE HOTEL RECEPTION BUT I HAVE NOT TESTED IT. IT SEEMED TOO FULL FOR MY TASTE. I PREFERRED TO HAVE BREAKFAST IN ONE OF THE MANY PLACES NEARBY.

The price was totally worth it for what you get; the décor was pretty standard, nothing fancy, but still good. The location is just fantastic, especially if you love going to the theater - it's really close by 🎭.

Location was excellent just 5 minutes walk from the main railway station and a minute to the nearest subway in the heart of the downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was relatively small so it was not always congested and busy.
The rooms have recently been refurbished and are quite nice except there was no place to sit and relax with only one armless desk chair. The website indicated at least one wingback chair as well as a desk chair. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this in advance. Only one elevator which was quite often occupied by service staff so waits could be fairly long.
